A retinal screening is required as part of your exam. Most insurance plans cover the retinal screening with a $39 copay; however, your cost may vary depending on your insurance plan. If you are paying out of pocket, our comprehensive eye exam fee is $145, and it includes the retinal screening.
Please note: A contact lens evaluation is an additional service to your comprehensive eye exam. Our out-of-pocket fee for a contact lens evaluation starts at $85. Depending on your insurance plan, this fee may be covered or may be subject to a separate copay.
